That email is not found.

Cookie Club credentials are not saved from year to year. Your Service Unit leader or Council leader must set you up in eBudde first.

Use your eBudde login credentials.

Cookie Club uses the eBudde system for login authorization, so for Cookie Club, use same the email address and password you use for eBudde. If you are a new leader or are unfamiliar with eBudde, check with your Service Unit leader or Council leader for more information.

If you have not yet logged in to eBudde this season, go there first and make sure you are properly set up. If you are unable to log in to eBudde, check with your Service Unit leader or Council leader to confirm that you have been set up as a leader in your troop and that your email address is correct. Once you are able to log in to eBudde, come back to Cookie Club and you should have no trouble getting in.

Make sure your email address is typed correctly.

If you are able to log in to eBudde and are still having trouble here, double-check to make sure your address is typed correctly.

That password is incorrect.

If you have changed your eBudde password since you last logged in to Cookie Club, use that new password here as well.

If you have not yet logged in to eBudde this season, go there first and make sure you are properly set up. If you are unable to log in to eBudde, check with your Service Unit leader or Council leader to confirm that you have been set up as a leader in your troop and that your email address is correct, with the password you expect. Once you are able to log in to eBudde, come back to Cookie Club and you should have no trouble getting in.

If you forgot your eBudde password

Use the password-recovery feature on the eBudde login page. It's one of the bullet points below the login area.

Make sure you have typed your password correctly.

Passwords are case-sensitive, and for Cookie Club you use the exact password you use for eBudde.

Cookie Club is not currently active for your Council.

Cookie Club is active only for a limited time during the Cookie Season. Your Council determines the active period and enters the dates as part of Cookie Club setup.

Check with your Service Unit leader or Council leader for your Cookie Club "go-live" date. Once that date has arrived, you should be able to access Cookie Club normally.

Remember to use your eBudde email and password to log in to Cookie Club.

All other errors.

The errors listed above should be all that you might ever see if you are unable to log in, but in the event that some other error is shown, or you are unable to log in and no error at all is shown, your quickest path to finding an answer will be to contact your Service Unit leader or Council leader. Your SU or Council leader can verify your status and login credentials in eBudde or make any necessary changes there.

Cookie Club Help is not able to make changes to your eBudde account, change your email address, or reset or recover passwords, but if you have contacted your SU or Council leader or otherwise exhausted all other avenues of support, you may create a support ticket. A support representative should respond within one business day, but actual resolution of your ticket may require a longer period.
